Flora Troubleshooting

Accessing Flora

There are different Flora assistant's for each CSS Form Kit (Juniper, Fern, Sunflower, and Peony). So if you're trying to customize Sunflower, you need to go into your account on https://shop.caitpotter.com, go to the Sunflower product, and access the "Make it yours!" section in order to find her. She is embedded on the page.

If you don't see her, then you may have extensions conflicting with her. Try one of the following 3 options:

1. disabling your extensions or
2. opening from an incognito window or
3. using a browser different from your usual one

Flora's Not Providing the Right Information

Flora is good, but she can get confused sometime. If it seems like Flora isn't giving you the right code or is just pulling random things from the internet instead of from her carefully crafted knowledge base, try rephrasing your question to include the name "Dubsado".

For example, don't say:

"help me update my font code"

Instead, say:

"help me update by Dubsado font code"

This extra specificity will help her find the specific info you're looking for!
